What was the customer’s situation and how did Select help?

The customer wanted to purchase an investment property but didn’t have a sufficient deposit. Select provided the customer with the option of lending 80% for an investment property, which resulted in the customer being able to purchase the investment property.

What made this deal unique or challenging?

The deal was made challenging as the vendor had a very short time frame for settlement. Select prioritised the customer’s deal and was able to deliver within the required timeframe.
